Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at help@scopekitchen.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Products that are specifically sourced on special customer requests or customized orders (not part of the standard catalog available in the store) can't be refunded. All the returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less 20% for restocking fees). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
A partial refund applies in cases where part of the ordered item is defective - for example, if 1 out of a 5-person place-setting flatware is defective, this will allow for a 20% refund.
Order Cancellation
In order to provide our customers with the best shopping experience, our systems are automated and therefore orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. If a cancel option appears next to your order in your order history section, then you may cancel your order. Such cancellation is subject to 8% processing fees.
Manufacturing and warehouse locations
We have warehouses and contract manufacturers all around the world and we do not discriminate based on race or nationality when selecting where our products are stored/manufactured. We can't cancel or return a product on the grounds of where it was manufactured or shipped from. Please enquire before placing the order if you have specific questions about manufacturing or dispatch locations.
Return Order Location
We will provide you with the exact location of our warehouse to return the items. Customers are only eligible for a refund (less 20% restocking fees) if they send the order back to this address. Orders sent back to any other address are not eligible for a refund.
Order Price
The price of an order cannot be changed retroactively. Once an order has been placed at a particular price, that price cannot be reduced.
Order in Transit
We are not able to cancel or refund your order if it is already in transit. Since the order has already been shipped, we can no longer cancel it or recall it.
